This website highlights issues facing all of us when we think about what type of health care we want for ourselves, our families, our communities, and our country. It is Dr. Zweifler's belief that health care is at a tipping point, driven by the growth of value-based care with its emphasis on cost and quality, the availability of digital solutions to increase access, and the emergence of population health as a more comprehensive approach to health that encompasses social determinants. Depending on the choices we make as a society, these changes can lead to windfall profits for a few, or improved health for us all.

His perspectives are shaped by close to four decades of experience as a practicing family physician, medical director, and medical educator.
